Food Pantry Volunteers look on as Rotary Club of Monticello, NY President Lori Orestano-James ( Lori James ) presented a computer to Rev. Meg Stapleton-Smith of the St. John's Episcopal Church, Monticello, NY for the Food Pantry Volunteer's use of inventory and record keeping to keep the program running smoothly. Special thanks to Monticello Rotarian and Past President Dr. Jeff Weinstein who donated the computer on behalf of Monticello Rotary.
"We know there is significant need in our community in the area of food insecurity and we are proud of the partnership we are developing with this Food Pantry to assist," said Weinstein.
"Monticello Rotary continues its committement to helping feed those in our community through this project as well as our upcoming Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 9am - 1pm. We will have pre-drop off site locations this year as well and will update locations closer to the event," said Orestano-James.
