Hello, Region 5 Presidents,
We need your help. We are looking for families to host 6 members of an Open World delegation from Russia that will be in Region 5 from September 25 to October 3, 2015.
The problem is that we need to identify families by Wed September 2 and provide names to the program coordinators.
As this is such short notice, I leave it to you how best to get this out to your clubs.
